All properties are professionally managed by Agile Property Management, which is committed to compliance with Fair Housing laws. Approval to lease this home is based on the results of the online application. An application fee of $45 is required for everyone 18 or older listed on the lease, including guarantors. In order to be approved with a single month's deposit, you must show proof of income of 3x the monthly rent, have a credit score above 620, have no eviction or criminal history and provide a credible reference. Houses are leased to the first applicant who has submitted all the required documentation and met all the criteria. If your first choice of home is not available, the application and fee can be applied to another property that we manage.
