Approval to lease this home is based on the results of an online application. An application fee of $45 is required of everyone 18 years of age listed on the lease, plus all financial guarantors. The fee covers the cost of credit, criminal and eviction reports and income verification. In order to be approved with a single month's deposit, you must show proof of monthly income of 3x the monthly rent, have a credit score above 620, no evictions and no felony criminal convictions. A lease will be offered to the first applicant who has submitted all the required paperwork and met the aforementioned criteria. If your first choice of home is not available, the application and fee can be applied to another property that we manage.
