About Chris Knapp

My family relocated to the Triangle area in 2002, settling in Chapel Hill. It has been a marvelous place to raise our four children. Upon matriculation from Carrboro High School, all graduated from the University of North Carolina school system.  Over their K-12 years, I was an active school volunteer, serving three terms as President of the Athletic Booster Club. I’m a two-time breast cancer survivor and am forever grateful to the staff of the UNC Cancer Hospital for my continued good health.

I became a real estate broker in 2011 and was fortunate to quickly associate with Duke University's medical system.  My business has grown steadily each year and I received several "Awards of Excellence" from Coldwell Banker, including membership in the distinguished International President's Circle.  I am a full-service broker and will personally handle your transaction from Day 1 to Closing.

Many of my clients are distinguished in their fields of work.  Most invest significantly in their family homes.  No two clients are alike; each expresses unique wants and needs.  I provide a differentiated level of service -- the highest possible --to ensure all find the perfect home.  When clients need to sell, I provide honest advice and respect for their unique situation.  My goal is to ensure each has the information needed to make the best possible decision.
